AWARDS NIGHT

CHAK89 Events helps manage your year end managers meeting or awards nights. This will be a turnkey event management with a themed evening encompassing the awards ceremony, canapés, teas and coffees, lunch / dinner, cocktails / mocktails and anything else you may fancy for that once in a year event to recognise and award the talent in your company.

We will, working in close partnership with you, help from conceptualisation or idea generation or themes for the day. This could be on lines of the Oscars / Brit Awards, or a cultural theme like an Arabian, Indian, Morrocan, etc.

Invitation Cards, RSVPs, Dietary Requirements, Seating plans, and scripting for the night are some of the services we can provide for a wonderful day.

If you wish for some team bonding by organising a private night out for all the team members for a champions league night, a premier league afternoon, a movie screening or just to bond over some team building games, we can organise everything you require, so you can concentrate on the team.

We can also set up the rooms as per the specifications you require so you can accommodate a product display, an exhibition or any other setting so as to combine business with pleasure.
